Implant surgery is painless as it’s done under local anesthesia. Dr. Yoon also offers sedation options to make this treatment as easy and comfortable as possible. OTC pain medication or ice packs can help relieve any discomfort you feel the first few days after your surgery.

What are my options for tooth replacements with implants?

Dr. Yoon can use single implants with dental crowns for individual missing teeth or a fixed implant bridge for multiple missing teeth in a row. A fixed implant bridge can replace multiple missing teeth in a row. Custom implant dentures can replace an entire top or bottom teeth arch using all-on-4 implant treatment.

How long do implants last?

With proper oral care, implants’ titanium ‘roots’ can last 20 to 30 years, essentially a lifetime of durability. Porcelain restorations can last 15+ years. You can look forward to enjoying a beautiful, healthy, functional smile for many years.
